Any Filipinx identifying entrepreneur who has an independent business. They can be located anywhere in the world.
How can I modify my listing?
Please email us at hello@kaibiganconnection.ca with the modification and we will update it for you.
When can I expect my listing to show up on the directory?
Once you have submitted payment, you will receive a link to a form to provide your business information. Submitted listings are subject to approval and typically take between 5-7 business days to process.
How can I cancel my listing?
The directory is billed on a yearly subscription on PayPal. You may cancel the subscription from your PayPal account, under your recurring payments dashboard. Alternatively, you may cancel by email (hello@kaibiganconnection.ca) at least 30 days before your listing renews. Your listing will be removed at expiry date. Unfortunately, we do not issue pro-rated refunds.
